Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing digital products through our marketplace. Due to the nature of digital goods (Joomla templates, WordPress themes, extensions, and similar software), refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.


1. General Policy

Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Once a digital product has been delivered, we cannot "undo" that delivery.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the product has been made available to you, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and our Terms and Conditions (Section 4).

However, we may issue refunds in certain cases described below, at our sole discretion.


2. Eligible Refund Requests

We will consider a refund only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • Technical Defect: A verified technical defect exists that prevents the product from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable time frame.
  • Inaccurate Product Description: The product materially differs from its description or demo, and we are unable to correct the discrepancy.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You have accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

In all cases above, you may be required to provide evidence (for example, screenshots, error messages, your environment details, and steps to reproduce the issue) to help us assess the request.


3. Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind, preference, or buyer remorse after the product has been accessed or downloaded
  • Lack of technical knowledge or inability to implement the product yourself
  • Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, services, or hosting environment
  • Problems caused by modifications you have made to the product
  • Compatibility issues with future software versions not guaranteed by us
  • Failure to read the product description, requirements, or documentation before purchase

4. Refund Process

  • Your name and purchase details (order ID, email used to purchase)
  • Product name
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, URLs, error logs)

We will review your request and respond within 3–7 business days.


5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if a product partially works but has minor issues that do not materially affect its core features or functionality. Partial refunds are provided at our sole discretion.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first requesting a refund from us, we may suspend your access to the product and revoke your license. We reserve the right to seek costs and damages from chargebacks that are found to be unwarranted.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.


7. Timing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (paddle.com), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. The exact timing may vary and is subject to Paddle's refund processing procedures.


8. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
